Who's teaching you

I'm not a guru. I'm the one who tripped over every single one.

I'm Nidia. I run a digital marketing agency in the Washington DC area, and a while back I got obsessed with AI-generated video.

It took me months. I burned credits generating clips at durations I didn't understand. I generated images of my own character that looked nothing like my character. I tried tools that promised everything and delivered half.

Until I figured out the right order to do things in. And once I did, I built my own tool so I'd never go through that again.

That's what I share in the community: not the pretty result, but the path — with the mistakes already made, by me.

How it works

Three steps, in this order

The order matters more than the tools. Almost all the time I lost came from doing step 3 before step 2.

  1. You open your account

    Your own account, your own credits. Nothing goes through me: what you make is yours, and you don't depend on anyone to keep going.

  2. You train your character

    Your face, or whatever character you want. This is the step almost everybody skips, and it's the one that makes the four videos above the same person instead of four lookalikes.

  3. You produce

    With that done, generating stops being a coin flip. You know what to ask for, what it'll cost, and what you'll get back.

The tool

I built it because it didn't exist

Lumina puts on one screen what I used to do across four: generate video, turn a photo into motion, transfer the motion from a video onto an image, and create images.

Straight up: Lumina runs on top of a tool that already exists, and everyone comes in with their own account and spends their own credits. It isn't cheaper. It's easier. Promising you a price that doesn't exist would be the fastest way to lose you.

What people always ask me

Is it really free?
The community is, and there's no fine print. What does cost money are the credits on your own account with the generation tool — that account is yours and the money never goes through me. I'll teach you to spend as little as possible, which is exactly what I didn't know how to do.
Do I need to know anything beforehand?
No. I started knowing nothing, and it took me months precisely because nobody explained the order. If you can use Instagram, you can do this.
How long will it take me?
I'm not going to give you a made-up number. It depends on how much you practice. What I can tell you is which steps you can skip — that's where most of my time went.
What exactly is Lumina?
The tool I built for myself: video, photo to video, motion transfer and images, all on one screen. It works, I use it every day, and I want the community to be the first ones in.
Are you going to flood my inbox?
No. I write when there's something worth writing about — a tool that changed, something I figured out, or when Lumina opens. The day to day happens inside the group, not in your inbox.
